Hi my name is Ray Sarkees, prior to moving to Ohio in 2004, I had spent my entire life in PA, born and raised in Valley Forge. After graduating high school I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do in life so I enlisted in the U.S. Army. It was a turbulent time in 1968 with the Vietnam War going on and so many wanting an end to it but I love my country. I took basic training at Fort Bragg from there to Aberdeen Proving grounds and Fort Sill for training. I spent the next 13 months in South Korea and finished out my time at Fort Hood. After being honorably discharged I worked a couple different jobs until landing a job with Entenmann’s Baked Goods, which I worked for 29 years and retired. I met my wife Debbie in 2003 and was married in 2005. When I moved to Ohio in 2004 I was looking for something to keep me busy, I’m not one to sit around being idle. When I was living in PA my brother and I had rental properties, I had always wanted to sell real estate. My wife and I talked about it and she suggested I pursue my license. I passed the real estate exam in 2005. The year 2005 was exciting times for me. I got married and started a new career. The only downfall at that time was the housing crash of 2008.
If you’re looking for a real estate who will answer your calls and be with you all the way to the end and have confidence in what they say is true you have come to the right place. My number one priority is my clients. I believe in working hard to accomplish what the task is at hand whether I'm helping to sell a property or purchase one. It is rewarding either way and I’m not satisfied until my client is. Purchasing a home is the biggest investment you will make in your life time. I don’t believe in rushing anyone into a decision when the right one comes along they will know it. I have to say helping a client purchase a home for the first time and they have little children, seeing the excitement in their eyes just melts my heart. When you’re out in a store or at an event and they call your name out from afar, it doesn’t get any better than that. We have created lasting friendships.
At present, I’m on the Clinton County Board of Directors; I was the 2017 Clinton County Board President and 2016 Vice President.
My accomplishments: 2013, 2014, 2017 Award of Achievement, 2015 and 2016 Award of Distinction
